I downloaded this app because I needed a blank background for a school id photo. In the app I paid around 50 cents to use the tool I needed, there weren't any instructions on what I needed to do but for the most part what I had to do was self explanatory but ended up getting a editing job I could’ve did myself in photoshop. Regardless after that I made sure not to sign off for a subscription and even went to my settings to cancel the subscription they automatically put me in. I was continuously charged unknowingly twice for 10 dollars, so 20 dollars all together for not even opening the app. The thing is I don’t even care about the money they stole but now it has become a problem because not only is the subscription cancelled and I haven’t used the app since July, which was for a day. I now can’t download any apps free or not without putting in billing information because they’re charging me for another 10 dollars. I have reported this to apple and have been waiting to hear how they’re going to handle this situation. Would like the developer to respond.

We inform that once the subscription is cancelled at the Apple Store, Ereasy dont make any charge out of subscription. To check your subscription status, please follow these steps: Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap "Subscriptions". So I decided to actually pay for the year plan because I had pictures that I needed to work on. To begin with, there is no information anywhere on how to use the app. From what I can see( again no instructions), there is no way to save any of the backgrounds / creations you create. So, if you are using the AI, it will have to be a different background for each individual thing. The last thing is, a lot of times it makes you close out before moving on to the next picture. That is annoying if you are working with any amount of pictures. Now, this is my review so far, it could be that the app does not give all the information to work with. I did like the fact it was very basic and does look like it has a lot of potential once updated.
