The introduction of Seaweed into livestock feed serves to address two of the most significant challenges of our time. Fighting Climate change and producing more food with fewer resources.
Sea Forest is the first and largest commercial supplier of Asparagopsis, a red species of seaweed which when fed as a supplement to ruminant livestock drastically reduces methane emissions whilst increasing productivity.
Sea Forest has established its marine and land based farm and facilities in South West Tasmania, Australia and stands to creat a meaningful impacts on emissions reduction whilst providing other environmental co benefits.
