Aaron Toscano is a prosecutor in the Washington County State’s Attorney’s Office. He was the Republican candidate challenging Democratic incumbent Bill Sorrell for the statewide position of attorney general in 2010. Toscano went on to lose in the general election on Tuesday, November 2nd, 2010 after receiving only twenty-nine percent of the vote.

Professional experience

Since May 2007, Toscano has served as one of the four deputies to Tom Kelly, Washington County State's Attorney. Additionally, he is an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps Reserves and company commander for the headquarters company of the 25th Marines Regiment.
