Albert Leisenring Watson
Albert Leisenring Watson (1876-1960) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
He was nominated by President Herbert Hoover on September 9, 1929 to a seat created by 45 Stat. 1344. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 17th, and received commission that same day. From 1948 to 1955, he was the chief judge. On May 31, 1955, he assumed senior status. He served in this capacity until his death on December 20, 1960.
