Albert E. "Chuck" Pearce (b. March 30, 1943) is a former Republican member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Franklin-5 from 2009 to 2019.

When he served in the state legislature, Pearce had worked as a principal, physical education teacher, coach, and athletic director.

Pearce earned his B.S. in physical education from Middle Tennessee University in 1965. He went on to receive his M.Ed. from Middle Tennessee University in 1970.

Incumbent Albert Pearce and incumbent Steve Beyor defeated Joshua Aldrich, Daniel Nadeau and Dan Newton in the Vermont House of Representatives Franklin-5 District general election.[1][2]

Elections for the Vermont House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on August 26, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 12, 2014. Franklin-5 has two state representatives. Robert Irish and Daniel Nadeau were unopposed in the Democratic primary. Incumbents Steve Beyor and Albert Pearce were unopposed in the Republican primary.[5][6][7][8] Beyor and Pearce defeated Irish and Nadeau in the general election.[9]

Pearce won re-election in the 2012 election for Vermont House of Representatives Franklin 5. Pearce was unopposed in the August 28 Republican primary and won re-election in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[10]
