Albert Reeves
Albert Reeves (1873-1971) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
He was nominated by President Warren Harding on January 16, 1923 to a new seat created by 42 Stat.837. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 24th, and received commission that same day. From 1948 to 1954, he was the chief judge. On February 2, 1954, he assumed senior status. He served in this capacity until his death on March 24, 1971. Reeves was succeeded in this position by Charles Whittaker.
