Allen Edward Barrow (1914-1979) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.

Barrow was nominated by President John F. Kennedy on July 18, 1962, to a seat vacated by Royce Savage; he was confirmed by the Senate on August 1, 1962, and received his commission on August 2nd. He served as chief judge from 1962 until his death on February 26, 1979.[1] Barrow was succeeded in this position by James Ellison.
