The city of Memphis, Tennessee, held elections for mayor and city council on October 8, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was July 17, 2015.[1] In the District 7 race, incumbent Berlin Boyd faced Anthony Anderson, Eric Dunn, Anthony Ambee Johnson, Alfonzo Durell Lee, Michael Moore, Coby V. Smith, Thurston Smith and David W. Vinciarelli in the general election on October 8, 2015.[2] A runoff between Anderson and Boyd took place on November 19, 2015.[3]
