An image copyright tag should be added to all image description pages on Ballotpedia, unless you are using an acceptable rationale for uploading an image and a tag does not yet exist that incorporates that rationale.

If a tag does not exist that captures the rationale under which you are uploading an image, then you need to type out on the relevant image description page what reason you have that leads you to believe that it is acceptable to use the image on Ballotpedia.
