Look over the budget and find funds to retain skill teachers an to invest in innovated teaching technology

I'm passionate about making sure Elected Official and leaders views are the views of the community they represent and not their person views.

My grandmother "Mable Luckett" she was a giver, served and help people and spoke out and stood up for right for all.

"A Mothers's Special Hand" which is my life story through poetry

Honesty and Integrity and transparent

What qualities do you possess that you believe would make you a successful officeholder?

Leader, goal-oriented, honesty, integrity and a servant spirit.

What do you believe are the core responsibilities for someone elected to this office?

Service the people the represent through leadership

What legacy would you like to leave?

The legacy of being a person who Stands up, speak out for my district and who helped moved PGCPS Forward.

What is the first historical event that happened in your lifetime that you remember? How old were you at the time?

Having my grandbaby Princess SaRENITY. My 1st NaturalGrand Child at 50years old and as I watch and see she looks, acts so much like me an Community Activist in a Little body.

What was your very first job? How long did you have it?

Summer youth Employment firv2 Summers at the age of 14 and my first real Job was Sears & Robeck. I applied was hired and worked their for 2 years until I graduated d went to college.

What happened on your most awkward date?

I tried to offer someone a mint and they didn't want one but kept talking so I had to insist they have 2 mints.

What is your favorite holiday? Why?

Christmas. I like the gift of giving

What is your favorite book? Why?

Who move my Cheese. It has taught me to adjust to change.

If you could be any fictional character, who would you want to be?

Fairy God mother and make wishes come true.

What is your favorite thing in your home or apartment? Why?

My mirror. It helps me face each day with a purpose.

What was the last song that got stuck in your head?

Amazing Grace.

What is something that has been a struggle in your life?

My weight

What is the primary job of a school board member in your view?

To help set and make sure the policy are govern and diverse for all students. To ensure each child is getting an quality education in quality schools with qualified teachers.

Who are your constituents?

The people I served In my District. Parents, students, teachers, workers, business and non- profits but mostly my voters of my District.

How would you support the diverse needs of your district’s students, faculty, staff, and community?

Make sure we are well rounded and services are in place for all.

How will you build relationships with members of the broader community? Which groups, organizations, stakeholders will you specifically target?

All. It's important to leave no one out. I will Educate, Engage and Empower all in my District.

What will you do to build a better relationship with parents in the district? What plans do you have to be inclusive of parental involvement?

Think out side the box and be creative. Even if I have to come to them

Do you believe it is important to intentionally recruit with the aim of diversifying the district’s faculty, staff, and administration? If so, what would be your policy to achieve this?

Yes, to serve all we most make sure we are well rounded and every community has the diversity of educator or workers needed for our students to achieve.

What issues get in the way of quality education? How would you address these obstacles?

Testing. Make testing fun and being created. All students don't learn by teaching to the test. Diversity has to be in each lesson for our diverse students and it must be required we be open to diverse was of testing.

What type of skills should students be learning for success in the 21st century?

Technology advancements and changes. How to repair, built and create.

How might you improve the value of a high school diploma? What should a 21st century diploma reflect?

When students graduate they will be trade certified aling with their diploma to give them options of advancing to college, more trade or to enter the workforce.

In what areas would you like to expand curriculum? For example, do you see a need for advanced technical training or apprenticeships? What sort of innovative programming would you advance if given the opportunity?

I believe we should Employment More trade and technical programs for all students to have an trade skill.

How might you support the mental health needs of students/faculty/staff?
