I am a 1981 graduate from Florida State University, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science, American History and English minor. I am a businessman and entrepreneur and investor. I am a political author, and songwriter. A former political analysist on Hispanic TV in Florida, and I am a former Congressional candidate from Florida's 7th District in 2020.

  • 1. I will be ACTIONABLE. I will NOT stay on the sidelines while in the State Legislature.
  • 2. I will introduce legislation in "Making Colorado Red Again".
  • 3. I will have direct communication with my constituents "The Voter"

1. Gun Rights. 2. Property Rights. 3. Removing the State Income Tax in Colorado. 4. Parental Rights. 5. Rights of the Unborn, along with Veteran and Elderly Rights

I look up to know no one, expect for Jesus Christ. I admire all types of successful men and women both historically and non-historically. Where their imprint upon a young child and a young man's heart and mind has made me the man I am. These historical figures I have met and have only read about, and those non-historical individuals who were family, friends, allies, and co-workers past and present who I admire.

My books It's Your Choice America, live free or... published in 2014 is an excellent book outlining federal issues that would sprinkle down into our States and our local city governments. I would also recommend my 2017, pamphlet titled, Common Sense, Addressed to 21st Century Americans; six principles to save America from imploding. Another great book I wrote was Our United States Presidents, 500 trivia questions and answers. And then there is always my adult and children's book The Great Divide, The Adventures of Billy Bean and Bobby Nut. It teaches us about conflict and resolution in an animated fashion of Beans and Nuts.

Transparency and honesty. If voters feel that ALL politicians are crooked then I always ask the question then why vote? Why vote for a crook to govern the people? I am not a politician; however, since I was 8 years old I have studied the Constitution and history of this great country. I will not subjugate my morals and beliefs on pushing myself higher while hindering the people I represent. Once this occurs all politicians should resign, but they don't. In closing Honesty and transparency are two key issues of my character.

I get things done. I am actionable. I am not afraid of negotiation, or diplomacy along with confrontation by way any means of assisting or helping the American citizen become freer.

Honesty, Transparency guided by ideological principles one wants to be elected on. Then following up on those ideas and characterizations, while applying and adhering to these under the guidelines of our State and US Constitution.

That future generations look upon my work that helped bring about Making Colorado Red Again, with a greater sense of FREEDOM for all.

As an umpire for girls softball at age 12. Three years during the summer.

The Bible, the US Constitution, and any book I have written.

Billy Bean the one character I portray in my adult children's book The Great Divide, The Adventures of Billy Bean and Bobby Nut. (My twin brother Bob would be Bobby Nut).

One of my songs from my CD titled Tug Of War. Twelve fantastic political songs.

Understanding why people in Politics want power and control over others. Real honest politicians should serve on behalf of the power the people give them when they are elected, but so many get corrupted along the way.

The ideal relationship of these branches should be what is best for the Colorado citizen "In Whole". If politicians would stop usurping their power and control to pass bad legislation that hurts the people "In Whole", and both branches come together and are on the same page, that helps free Colorado citizens, then these would be an ideal relationship. Our current Governor and our current legislation body in both houses are failing the Colorado citizen, and subjugating these fine Colorado Americans into slaves. Stop the control over people and let Colorado BE Free Again.

Shrinking State government, wasteful spending, and imploring a State to look like California.

No. No one is entitled to anything but life at birth. Having career politicians is never the answer. I'm politically savoy as a private citizen. I understand what's been going on in our government for a very long time. Just as most non-politicians who we refer to as the American Voter. These voters see what is going on and most of them could run without experience and do a far better job, because they have common sense to serve and lead in government without being in government. Our Founding Fathers intended for government to be a service to the country and then move on. Not a career, but sadly it has become this. Governmental power is NEVER a good thing. It hurts free men and women from having a idyllic life called FREEDOM. This is what my campaign is about. Free the people from governmental tyranny

It's always good to build good relationships with people not only legislators. By closing doors you are not open to help make the changes necessary to free the American citizen. However, I will not compromise on my ideological beliefs whether I'm trying to be elected by the people, or discuss some form of legislation with an elected official.

No. I model myself on almost 60 years of thought, process, experience, historical readings, and application in my unwavering core beliefs in a pretext of helping the American citizen become freer people today then they were yesterday, inside the greatest country ever established, called America.

I am a former Congressional Candidate. My door is open in any capacity whether behind the scenes or in front, to help serve this country with one goal in mind. To provide all Americans a better life in being FREER PEOPLE then they are today.

The many stories I hear when campaigning is disappointment by the voters regarding the current legislators in the Colorado State Assembly. They want their voices (the voters) to be heard, and they are not receiving the support of these elected officials.

I don't tell jokes. I don't have a favorite joke. However I love laughing and making people smile and laugh at my dry sense of humor.

Removal or repeal of the Colorado State Income Tax

I am not limiting myself to any committee, because they all would interest me. My job is to be Actionable from day one in Making Colorado Red Again.

Its a must that we have honest and transparency in our government and those government officials without sacrificing national or state security. Government on all levels is too big and needs to be reduced on a large scale top to bottom. Beginning with finances.

The ballot process needs an overhaul when it comes to fair elections. No mail in ballots. In person voting with an open 2- week period of voting with photo ID and signature verification.
