Biography
Bob McNeil was born in Struttgart, Arkansas and lives in North Texas. He graduated from Channelview High School. McNeil served in the Marine Corps from 1969 to 1972. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from University of Houston in 1975. McNeil's career experience includes working as an accountant with Tenneco Oil Company and as an audit consultant.[1]
