Charles Albert Boynton
Charles Albert Boynton (1867-1954) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
He was nominated by President Calvin Coolidge on December 16, 1924 to replace William Robert Smith. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 17, 1924, and received commission that same day. On May 1, 1947, he assumed senior status. He served until his death on October 12, 1954.[1] Boynton was succeeded in this position by Robert Thomason.
