Charles Dyer (1834-1905) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

He was nominated by President Ulysses Grant on February 10, 1875. He was confirmed by the Senate and received commission that same day. He resigned on May 18, 1888. Dyer was succeeded in this position by James Graham Jenkins. Dyer died on November 25th, 1905.
