Chris is a native of Indiana County, Pennsylvania. He graduated from United High School in Armagh, Pennsylvania, followed by Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) on an ROTC scholarship, earning a bachelor’s degree in political science in 2002. After graduation, Chris commissioned as an Officer in the Army. Immediately after his initial military training, Chris was assigned to the 4th Infantry Division and deployed to Balad, Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom, where his unit provided regional security for the main logistics base in Iraq. Chris deployed to Iraq a second time in November 2005, where he trained Iraqi Army forces for national defense.

During the latter half of his Army career, Chris worked in close cooperation with the U.S. Air Force to develop and enhance U.S. military space systems. His technical expertise led to a Pentagon assignment in the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Policy, where Chris supported the development of the U.S. Space Force and co-led the team responsible for establishing the United States Space Command, enabling the consolidation of all U.S. military space operations into one organization. In his final assignment, Chris worked with the U.S. Space Force to develop strategy and plans for the new military service.

He also holds a Master’s in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and will complete a Master’s in Finance from Georgetown this May.

  • JOBS - It's time to start investing in the American worker, not Wall Street.
  • VETERANS - Being a veteran myself, I am fully committed to assisting those who served our country.
  • EDUCATION & TRAINING - We need to educate and train future generations for the jobs of tomorrow.

NATIONAL SECURITY - I've spent most of my professional career developing plans and strategies to address national security challenges.

I was diagnosed with Tourette's syndrome at the age of 12 and experienced severe tics until I turned 17. Throughout that period, I faced frequent ridicule because of my condition. Although I still have a few minor tics, the challenges I encountered during combat at the age of 23 taught me that there are no obstacles I cannot overcome.

Like a significant majority of Americans, I believe that implementing term limits is essential for reinstating trust in our legislative systems. Term limits prevent the formation of enduring, often financially driven relationships between lawmakers and special interest groups, which frequently result in policymaking that contradicts the public interest. Furthermore, term limits facilitate legislator turnover, eliminating personal biases and opening avenues for fresh ideas and representation to enter the public sphere.

As a former Army officer and Pentagon policy analyst, I have a unique understanding of both the Armed Services and Intelligence committees.

Campaign website

Dziados’s campaign website stated the following:

WOMEN’S HEALTHCARE - Women should have control of their own bodies and reproductive rights. PERIOD. FULL STOP.

NATIONAL SECURITY - Not since the end of the Cold War has the American security environment been this complex. With Russia and China seeking to upend decades-old international norms, America must be prepared to compete and, if necessary, defend the democratic institutions that have underpinned post-WWII global prosperity. As a defense policy professional, I will ensure America is ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow for the safety and prosperity of future generations.

JOBS - President Biden's 'Build Back Better' Framework positions America to generate millions of well-paying jobs in the next decade. This unprecedented investment aims to restore the American dream, which was eroded in recent decades to outsourcing and wage competition. Additionally, the 'Build Back Better' plan addresses supply chain vulnerabilities exposed during the global pandemic, propelling American workers toward a renewed pursuit of the American dream. I will fight to keep America on track and BUILD BACK BETTER!

VETERANS - Veterans encounter distinct challenges stemming from their service. Drawing from my experience as a combat veteran and retired Army officer, I am committed to tirelessly advocating for my fellow veterans every day. If elected, I will ensure that Congress fulfills its solemn promise to all those who sacrificed to safeguard Americans and uphold our way of life.

EDUCATION & TRAINING - Hand in hand with jobs and national security, we need to prepare future generations for the jobs of tomorrow. Long gone are the days where a high school education will secure you a prosperous future. Today’s globally competitive labor force requires highly skilled workers across a range of specialties, not just fantastical technologies like quantum computing and hypersonic missile defense, but also HVAC, Home Automation, Renewable Energy, and many other advanced systems entering our day-to-day lives. I will fight to ensure our students are ready to enter a constantly changing and highly technical labor force.

SENIORS - Seniors deserve to enjoy their golden years without the constant concern of financial ruin due to changes in income and the high cost of healthcare. Having helped transition a parent forced to leave the workforce earlier than planned due to a healthcare-related issue, and navigated them through the daily web of senior services, I am all too familiar with these challenges, and I will fight to ensure seniors have access to programs to help them age gracefully.

HEALTHCARE - Despite having world-class medical schools, many Americans can't afford quality healthcare due to intermediaries profiting from people's suffering. Additionally, Republicans are attempting to repeal the Affordable Care Act, jeopardizing protections like affordable prescriptions, pre-existing conditions, and coverage limits. I'm committed to safeguarding healthcare rights for all Americans, ensuring that age doesn't hinder productivity, and eliminating the constant fear of financial ruin for staying healthy.

TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION - The world is moving faster than ever, and more countries than ever before are now competing with America to develop future technologies. Selfishly, I want America to remain at the forefront of the next great revolution in technology and science because our economic prosperity and national security depend on it. As a national defense space systems developer, I've witnessed the rapid advancement in space technology over the past decade, and it is truly exciting. I aspire to involve more Americans in the upcoming technological revolution, spanning quantum computing, Artificial Intelligence, Autonomy, Renewable Energy Generation and Storage, and many other advanced technologies that will usher in the next generation of humanity.[3]
