|I am a Sr. Leadership Institute Learning & Development Specialist with MD Anderson Cancer Center for the past 18 years and I have over 25 years of Information Technology experience. I received my BA Degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston – Downtown. I have been a resident in the Humble School District and District 142 for over 12 years.
My wife Melissa and I are the proud parents of 3 children, one a graduate and 2 that currently attend Middle School within Humble ISD. I am an Ordained Minister, a local Pastor and a Superintendent that oversees other churches as well. I have also volunteered in assisting families as a partner with World Vision and I am a strong advocate for the working class.
I have previously served as the Precinct Chair for #0421, Treasurer for the Summerwood HOA, the Chaplain for Houston Black American Democrats, Presiding Judge for numerous Primary elections, a volunteer coach for youth basketball and I also serve on numerous groups within the church that assist the community. Most recently in 2021, I ran for the Humble ISD School Board Position 3 race and came in 2nd in voting. Although I did not win, my efforts helped increase voter turnout throughout the Humble area.

I am passionate about education. Having worked as a teacher with Houston Community College and working years as a trainer I have a deep concern for the issues facing our teachers and school districts.
