David Flynn
David Flynn (February 5, 1933 - December 9, 2015) was a Democratic member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives. He represented the Eighth Plymouth District from 1964 to 1972 and from 1998 to 2011. Flynn was diagnosed with inoperable pancreatic cancer in May 2015.[1]
Flynn served as Bridgewater Town Moderator from 1969 to 1976 and 2002 to 2003, as a Selectman from 1983 to 1986, and in the United States Navy.
He was a member of Bridgewater Veterans, the Massachusetts Legislators Association and the National Pilots Association.[2]
Flynn did not seek re-election in 2010.
