Francis E. Sweeney, Sr.
Francis E. Sweeney, Sr. was a justice on the Ohio Supreme Court from January 1, 1993 to December 31, 2004. He was the 144th justice to serve on the court.[1]
Education
Sweeney received his undergraduate degree from Xavier University, served in the U.S. Army from 1957 to 1958, then earned his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.[1]
