Frank Henry Kerrigan (1868-1935) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

He was nominated by President Calvin Coolidge on January 21, 1924 to replace William Cary Van Fleet. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 28th, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on February 9, 1935. Kerrigan was succeeded in this position by Michael Roche.
