Fred Crespo (Democratic Party) is a member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing District 44. He assumed office in 2007. His current term ends on January 8, 2025.

Biography

Crespo graduated from Loyola University of Chicago. His professional experience includes working as a real estate agent.[1]

Elections for the Illinois House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on March 18, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was December 2, 2013. Incumbent Fred Crespo ran unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Ramiro Juarez ran unopposed in the Republican primary. Crespo then defeated Juarez in the general election.[7][8][9][10]

Crespo won re-election to the 44th District seat against Republican Billie D. Roth. He ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on February 2nd. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[14]

A scorecard evaluates a legislator’s voting record. Its purpose is to inform voters about the legislator’s political positions.
