George Thomas VanBebber (1931-2005) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.

Judge VanBebber was nominated by President George H.W. Bush on September 13, 1989, to a seat vacated by Richard D. Rogers. He was confirmed by the Senate on November 21st, and received commission on December 8th. From 1995 to 2000, he was the chief judge. On December 31, 2000, he assumed senior status and continued to serve in this capacity until his death on May 26, 2005. VanBebber was succeeded in this position by Julie Robinson.

Judge VanBebber was previously a federal magistrate judge on the United States District Court for the District of Kansas from 1982 to 1989.
