The Georgia Secret Ballot Amendment was not on the November 4, 2014 ballot in Georgia as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. The measure would have guaranteed the right of individuals to vote by secret ballot.[1]
The proposed amendment was introduced into the Georgia Legislature as HR 108.[2]
