Reed began serving as Alabama Senate president pro tempore on February 3, 2021.[1]
Biography
Reed was born on June 5, 1965. He earned his B.S. in business and marketing from the University of Alabama. His professional experience includes serving as vice president for Preferred Medical Systems.

The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 7, 2014. Incumbent Greg Reed was unopposed in the Republican primary and was unchallenged in the general election.[2][3][4][5]
