Harlan Hobart Grooms (1900-1991) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Grooms was nominated by President Dwight Eisenhower on July 23, 1953, to a seat vacated by Clarence Mullins; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 31, 1953, and received his commission on August 3rd. He assumed senior status on February 3, 1969, and served in that capacity until his death on August 23, 1991.
