Henderson M. Somerville
Henderson M. Somerville (1837-1915) was a federal judge on the Board of General Appraisers, which later became the United States Customs Court.
Somerville was nominated to the Board by President Benjamin Harrison in 1890. He served as president of the Board from 1910 until his death on September 15, 1915.[1]
