Dickens is a former member of the New York City Council, representing District 9 from 2006 to 2017.[1]
On January 22, 2024, Dickens announced that she would not be running for re-election to New York State Assembly.[2]
Biography
Dickens holds a B.S. in real estate and land economics from Howard University.[1]
