John Lyles Glenn Jr. (1892-1938) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of South Carolina.

He was nominated by President Herbert Hoover on April 18, 1929 to fill the seat created by 45 Stat. 1319. He was confirmed by the Senate on April 29th, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on May 2, 1938.
