Lynn Slaby
Lynn Slaby (b. November 4, 1938) is a former member of the Ohio Public Utilities Commission. He was appointed to the Ohio Public Utilities Commission by Governor John Kasich in 2012.[1] Slaby left office after his final term was up on April 10, 2017.[2]
Biography
Immediately prior to his appointment to the Ohio Public Utilities Commission, Slaby was a Republican member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing District 41 from 2011 to 2012. His wife, Marilyn Slaby, was appointed to replace him. Before that, he was a judge on the Ninth District Court of Appeals for 14 years. Prior to his election there, he worked as a prosecuting attorney for the cities of Akron and Cuyahoga Falls as well as the Summit County.[1]
