Gov. Wes Moore appointed Ruff to the Maryland House of Delegates District 41 on June 22, 2023 to replace former Rep. Tony Bridges (D). [1]

Biography

Ruff is a trial attorney for Murphy, Falcon & Murphy, a law firm based in Baltimore. [2]

Education

Ruff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in African-American Studies from Duke University in 2006, and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore in 2012. [3]

For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.
