Biography
Mary Frances Williams was born in Marietta, Georgia. As of January 2020, she still lived in Marietta. She earned her bachelor's degree from Earlham College and received her master's degree from the University of Georgia. Her career experience includes working as a public policy consultant and a director of advocacy. She has served as a board member of Women's Policy Group.[1]
