Michael Chertoff
Michael Chertoff (b. 1953) was a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit. He was nominated by President George W. Bush on March 5, 2003, to a seat vacated by Morton I. Greenberg. Chertoff was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on June 9, 2003, and received commission on June 10, 2003. Service terminated on February 15, 2005, due to resignation.[1]
