School safety and making sure our district has the best educational programs and facilities for our children to ensure the brightest future for them. Also, protecting all of our Constitutional Rights, especially our 2nd Amendment. Listening first to the constituents of the district and then working relentlessly in Columbus to represent them!
I look up to my Great Uncle who came from a family with very little and made a very good life for himself working for General Motors and well as serving in the United States Marine Corp and has taught me very many useful life lessons along the way.
Integrity
Honesty
Strong work ethic
Humble
The core responsibilities for an elected official is to always have integrity and to be truthful to the people in which that individual represents. One of the most important responsibilities is to always uphold the United States Constitution.
I'd like to leave the area I represent and the folks that live there the absolute best its been when I leave that position, especially focusing on the welfare of children.
Not the first but the most memorable was September 11, 2001; at the time I was 12 years old. It was the determining factor for me to join the United States Air Force.
My very first job was a bus boy/ dishwasher at a steak house as well as working on a farm during the summer months. I held that position in the restaurant for two years before moving into another position.
Fearless, the story of Navy SEAL Adam Brown. I really enjoy the book because it explains how Adam overcame a very low point and adversity in his life and became one of the most elite individuals in the world, a Navy SEAL; A must read for anyone interested in military and inspirational books.
I enjoy all types and genres of music, Country being my favorite. The last song that got stuck in my head was New Every Day by Luke Combs.
Over the next decade, I feel defeating the opioid crisis will be one of the major speed bumps for our state.
I think building relationships with other legislators is how bills can effectively get passed to do good for the community. One thing you learn in the military is teamwork; having an effective team is crucial.
If I had to emulate one legislator I would choose former Rep. Trey Gowdy because he stands for what he believes in.
Absolutely, If I can hold office and help the American people in anyway, I'll pursue a political career.

Scorecards
A scorecard evaluates a legislator’s voting record. Its purpose is to inform voters about the legislator’s political positions. Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits. For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.
Ballotpedia is in the process of developing an encyclopedic list of published scorecards. Some states have a limited number of available scorecards or scorecards produced only by select groups. It is Ballotpedia’s goal to incorporate all available scorecards regardless of ideology or number.
