I am a tenured Professor of Business at Skidmore College, Commissioner of Finance for the City of Saratoga Springs, and the Democratic Candidate for State Senate in the competitive 44th Senate District, which encompasses Saratoga County and parts of Schenectady County, including Niskayuna and the City of Schenectady. I live in Saratoga Springs with my wife and young son.

So many things! But if forced to pick a couple that are of particular concern to me at the moment--I'd say working to bring new businesses to our district to spur on economic growth and ensuring that our towns and cities get the infrastructure dollars needed to repair our roads and bridges.

The ability and willingness to listen to and advocate for the needs of your constituents.

I am, and always have been, a results-oriented person. My goal as your next State Senator is to make sure that the people of our district are always heard and advocated for in a way that achieves tangible results.
