Biography
Paul Clifford was born in and lives in Rutland, Vermont. Clifford's career experience includes working as a waterworks sales representative at FW Webb Company. He served on the Rutland City board of alderman, the Rutland town selectboard, and as public works commissioner and highway foreman for the Rutland Department of Public Works.[1]
