Peter Peltz
Philip "Peter" Peltz (b. April 21, 1946) is a former Democratic member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Lamoille-Washington-1 from 2006 to 2015. Peltz did not seek re-election in 2014.
Biography
Peltz earned his BFA from Tufts University in 1971. Peltz was the owner of Vermont Vernacular Designs, Incorporated from 1991 to 2003. He has been the owner of Peter Peltz Construction, Incorporated since 1985.
Peltz served as a member/Chairperson of the Woodbury Elementary School Board from 1981 to 1984 and from 1987 to 1990. He then served as member/Chairperson of the Hazen Union High School Board from 1990 to 2003.

Peltz won re-election in the 2012 election for Vermont House of Representatives Lamoille-Washington. Peltzwas unopposed in the August 28 Democratic primary and won re-election in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]
