Rick Stream (b. February 23, 1949) was a 2016 Republican candidate for District 15 of the Missouri State Senate.

Stream served in the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 90 from 2007 to 2015. Stream did not seek re-election in 2014.

Biography

Stream earned his B.S. in business administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and his A.B. in business from Meramec Community College. His professional experience includes working in Army Aviation and Logistics Command and as a budget/project manager for the Department of Defense. Stream served in the United States Navy from 1971 to 1975.
