Ron Henson is a former interim Louisiana state treasurer. He served in the interim position from January 6, 2017, to December 5, 2017.[1][2]

Political career

Louisiana Treasurer (2017)

Henson was sworn in to serve as the interim Louisiana state treasurer on January 6, 2017, following the resignation of former Treasurer John Neely Kennedy. Prior to serving in the interim post, Henson had served as an assistant treasurer.[1]

Henson served as the interim state treasurer until December 5, 2017, when John Schroder (R) was sworn into office.[2]
