Samuel Marion Driver (1892-1958) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.

Driver was nominated by President Harry Truman on March 12, 1946, to a seat vacated by Lewis Schwellenbach; he was confirmed by the Senate on April 9, 1946, and received commission on April 13, 1946. From 1948-1958, he served as the chief judge. He served the Eastern District of Washington until his death on September 12, 1958. Driver was succeeded in this position by Charles Powell.
