Biography

Scott Gray was born in Carthage, New York, and lives in Watertown, New York. His career experience includes working as a business owner at Gray's Flower Shop and as a legislator for Jefferson County, New York. Gray also served as the chairman of the Jefferson County board.[1]

I am currently a Jefferson County Legislator. I have held the position of the county legislator for 21 years I have served the most recent six years as Chairman of the Board Jefferson county board of legislators. I am a small business owner and I’ve run our fourth generation Family business for the last 40 years. I have also served in the capacity of treasurer for the Carthage area hospital I currently serve as a member of the Board of Directors at Carthage savings and loan and have previously served on the development authority of the North country board of directors
