Willard Hall
Willard Hall was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. He was nominated by President James Monroe on December 5, 1823 to a seat vacated by John Fisher. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 9, 1823, and received commission that same day. He retired on December 6, 1871.[1] Hall was succeeded in this position by Edward Green Bradford.
