Laboratory

The Laboratory Department provides quality and timely clinical services to our Marine recruits, military community and their eligible beneficiaries. Offers full services laboratory testing in hematology, urinalysis, coagulations, chemistry, microbiology, serology, and transfusion services. Additionally, we utilize military and civilian reference laboratories for non-routine and special testing.

The Laboratory is accredited by the College of American Pathologists and is registered under DOD CLIP to perform high complexity testing. Transfusion services is accredited by AABB and College of American Pathologists and is registered with the Food and Drug Administration through the Navy Blood Program.
