Submission Abstract:

Vertigo and vestibular diseases are common among middle-aged and older adults, significantly increasing the risk of falls and leading to injuries and disabilities. Despite their prevalence, therapeutic advancements are hindered by a limited understanding of the underlying molecular and cellular mechanisms. This Special Issue is dedicated to bridging this gap by compiling a collection of fundamental and clinical research, as well as comprehensive reviews. It aims to provide a multifaceted view of the current strategies for managing vertigo and vestibular disorders, fostering a deeper understanding of these conditions and paving the way for more effective treatments. By bringing together experts from various disciplines, this issue seeks to stimulate further research and innovation in the field, ultimately improving patient outcomes and quality of life.
