Ages 65 and older Flu Vaccines

Beginning Sept. 25, BACH Gold and Air Assault Medical Home assigned beneficiaries ages 65 and older can receive the Flu Vaccine by walking-in to their Patient Centered Medical Home, 8 a.m.-3 p.m., Monday-Friday or during their scheduled appointment.

The MHS GENESIS Patient Portal allows patients to communicate with their health care team at their convenience, whenever they want and wherever they are. Patients can reduce unnecessary appointments and stress by communicating virtually and directly with their health care team.
