Ages 65 and older Flu Vaccines

Beginning Sept. 25, BACH Gold and Air Assault Medical Home assigned beneficiaries ages 65 and older can receive the Flu Vaccine by walking-in to their Patient Centered Medical Home, 8 a.m.-3 p.m., Monday-Friday or during their scheduled appointment.

Upon entering Gage 4, take a left-hand turn at the first traffic light, Bastogne Avenue. Turn a right into Blanchfield Army Community Hospital's C Building Entrance on Joel Drive (across from the SSG Glen H. English Jr. Army Education Center). For Blanchfield Army Community Hospital's A Entrance on Joel Drive, upon entering Gage 4, take a left-hand turn at the first traffic light, Bastogne Avenue. Turn a right at Air Assault Street and then a right onto Joel Drive.

From Fort Campbell's Gate 3

Upon entering Gage 3, continue straight on Air Assault Street through the traffic light at Bastogne Avenue. Turn right into the hospital's A Entrance parking onto Joel Drive.
