Soldiers within the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and Fort Campbell are assigned to a Soldier-Centered Medical Home aligned with Soldier's units. Soldiers receive their care at one of the following medical homes: Byrd Solider-Centered Medical Home, Campbell Army Airfield, or LaPointe Soldier-Centered Medical Home. Soldiers assigned to a garrison or medical unit are assigned to Blanchfield. Soldiers have unique requirements to maintain their medical readiness to support the overall readiness mission. Each unit's primary care manager can assist Soldiers in ensuring their medical readiness requirements are met.

Under this tab, you can learn more about eProfiles, Integrated Disability Evaluation System, Medical One Stop, Physical Exams, Soldier Readiness Center and the Soldier Recovery Unit. eProfiles are a global tracking of Army Soldiers who have a temporary or permanent medical condition that may render them medically not ready to deploy.
