strawberry-crocodile:

hey cute vid! why is that exotic animal in a house?

boyfrienby:

you guys Need to start seeing bugs as animals im not even joking anymore. the second u start seeing them as tiny animals the more your world opens up and the more you accept different types of life Into that world. youll begin accepting that even life you cant understand is still worth living. and itll legitimately make you a better person. fuck

spiderbitesandvampirevenom:

ok im curious about this so tumblr please tell me

whens the last time you saw a wild* (NOT feral)** animal in person?

I have seen one today

I saw one yesterday

I have seen one within the past week

I have seen one within the past month

I have seen one within the past year

It has been over a year since I have seen one

I have never seen a wild animal (???)

*wild meaning a non-feral, non-domesticated animal, which is not within an enclosure such as a zoo, research center, etc.

for example, seeing a coyote in your backyard is seeing a wild animal. seeing a cougar in a zoo is not.

**feral animals are animals such as cats, pigeons, dogs, chickens, hogs, and other animals which are generally domesticated.

for example, seeing a feral cat in your local park is not seeing a wild animal.

genderqueerdykes:

“are you TME or TMA?” is literally just asking “are you AMAB or AFAB?” with different letters because all the nuance of the experiences of being trans are completely lost by the people who use them. every single one of them. it’s a very common occurrence for trans men and intersex people of any identity (and other trans people for that matter) to be read as trans women in public by strangers due to how few people even know what trans men or intersex people are and jump to assume that we’re transfem, meaning that loads of trans men and intersex across the globe are affected by transmisogyny every single day, but nobody cares about that because what they’re more concerned about is your genitals. again. this is just “what’s in your pants” repackaged again for the 999999999th time. good job.
