A substantial renovation project to modernize this heritage building incorporating architectural styles from 1907 and 1936 features a virtual skylight illuminated by Cooledge Tunable White TILEs. “Ascending the grand marble staircase framed by green art deco columns, visitors are led to an impressive hallway flooded with light that pours through a grid of illumination.
