Today, Greybrook successfully closed on a $24,680,000 investment completed by its managed issuer. This investment will support the acquisition and management of a development projected to span 95.7 net developable acres, located north of Maple Grove Road, between Hespeler Road and Chilligo Road in Cambridge, Ontario. The City of Cambridge is experiencing rapid growth, drawing a diverse range of demographics, including a significant number of new immigrants.
