According to Laughren et al (1996), Warnayaka is the central-northern dialect of Warlpiri C15. However, Jagst (1982:1) reports that Warnayaka is the name of a group which speaks the Ngardilpa C39 dialect of Warlpiri. In this database, Warnayaka is treated as a separate dialect name, following Laughren et al.
