No FoP for 3D works in the United States A1Cafel (talk) 03:36, 23 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Question Does the fact that that's a Piper PA-34 plane that has merely been attached to two nondescript poles and hung over an ordinary fence mean it's OK to photograph and use? If an artist took an intact automobile and did nothing with it except put it in a parking spot temporarily and gave it a name as a work of art, would U.S. or state laws consider it temporary art and not permanently a Toyota Corolla or whatever model it was? In short, does the artist has to do something to alter an object in order to restrict distribution of images of it, and if so, what is the threshold? -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 00:30, 30 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Clearly art installation, wouldn't be mounted nose down for a technical exhibition. Krd 03:31, 10 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
